Biography

Jay began his career with Henderson & Goldberg, which became Goldberg, Persky & White, PC, as a law student clerk in 1987, became an Associate Attorney for the firm in 1989, a Shareholder in 1996 and presently serves as Of Counsel.

Jay has litigated asbestos cases for the firm in Michigan and Pennsylvania for 30 years and has obtained tens of millions of dollars verdicts and settlements for the firm’s clients.

Jay has tried more asbestos cases to verdict in the state of Michigan than any lawyer in the country and has obtained the highest jury verdict ever awarded in an asbestos case in Michigan
