Jamie Doring joined Goldberg, Persky & White in August 2014. With a focus in personal injury, Jamie’s specific areas include asbestos-related lawsuits and harmful chemical exposures.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University, Jamie worked with business software for several years before he became interested in the legal field. This passion led him back to Duquesne University and the School of Law for his J.D., where he graduated summa cum laude and top of his class.
While in law school, Jamie served as a part-time law clerk at Talarico, Paladino, & Berg, where his responsibilities ranged from researching and preparing memoranda related to Pennsylvania laws to drafting motions and pleadings for federal and state court cases. Additionally, he was the Editor-in-Chief of Duquesne Law Review, Vol. 52.
Before attending law school, Jamie used his information technology degree in different positions, including a senior system analyst at Alcoa, Inc. and an E- Discovery Solutions Architect with Autonomy (now an HP company). Additionally, he assisted the Duquesne University School of Business as a web & communications specialist prior to and during his time in law school.
A Pittsburgh native, Jamie enjoys running with his wife and spending time outside with his two daughters, Elizabeth and Abigail, at the park.
